Trabajar con GANDIABLASCO es como formar

parte de una familia, de un equipo en el que
todos visten la misma camiseta.
Working with GANDIABLASCO is like being
part of a family, of a team in which all players
are wearing the same shirt.
Coincidiendo con el 70 aniversario de la empresa,

GANDIABLASCO decidi rodar un vdeo para transmitirnos
muchos de los sentimientos y sensaciones que sustentan la
empresa desde su origen.
Desde diferentes partes del mundo, el vdeo nos transmite la
experiencia personal y profesional de los miembros del gran
equipo que conforma GANDIABLASCO, acompaado de la
visin exterior de muchos de los amigos que les acompaan
desde hace muchos aos.
Coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the company,

GANDIABLASCO decided to film a video expressing many of
the feelings and emotions that have sustained the company
right from the start.
Shot in a range of locations around the world, the video conveys
the personal and professional experiences of people in the
great GANDIABLASCO team, together with the views of friends
outside the company who have accompanied us for many years.

AOS. YEARS
1941-2011
Abrimos el showroom de Oporto en 2006 y en 2007

el de Lisboa. Era un gran reto porque en Oporto
no hace un clima muy agradable todo el ao, pero
tenamos fe en el producto y en sus caractersticas,
eso nos dio fuerza para este desafo.
Primero hubo que hacer un gran trabajo de
divulgacin de la marca en Portugal para
posicionarla correctamente en el mercado. Cuando
la tienda abri fue como un soplo de aire fresco, fue
muy impactante en ese momento.
We opened the Porto showroom in 2006 and
the Lisbon showroom in 2007. This was a huge
challenge because Porto does not have benign
weather all year round. But we had faith in the
product and its features and this gave us strength
for the challenge. First, there was some hard work
to be done on publicising the brand in Portugal and
positioning it correctly in the market. When the store
opened, it was like a breath of fresh air, it was a very
emotional time for us.

Desde el principio GANDIABLASCO no

ha seguido ninguna tendencia, siempre ha
mantenido su propia lgica, su propia esttica.
Ahora el mercado los quiere alcanzar.
Cuando vi los productos de GANDIABLASCO

por primera vez, si existe el amor a primer vista
entre un ser humano y un mueble, eso fue lo que
pas en aquel momento.
Este diseo y estos materiales eran algo
totalmente nuevo para la gente. Tuvimos que
preparar el terreno, y esto creo que ha sido el
mayor desafo en Turqua.
From the outset, GANDIABLASCO hasnt

followed any trend; it has always stuck to its
own logic, its own aesthetic. Now the market
wants to catch up.
When I saw GANDIABLASCOs products for the

first time, if love at first sight between a human
being and an item of furniture is possible, that is
exactly what happened to me at that moment.
This design and these materials were something
completely new for people over there. We had
to prepare the ground, and I think that was the
biggest challenge in Turkey.

When I started writing about design, I heard

people in the editing room talking about a
company called GANDIABLASCO, which was
generating a lot of interest. When I saw it for the
first time, I was very impressed because it seemed
to be something totally dierent, and I was also
surprised that it was a Spanish company.
Cuando entr a escribir sobre diseo yo oa por la

redaccin que hablaban de una empresa que se
llamaba GANDIABLASCO y que generaba muchsima
expectacin. Cuando la v por primera vez me impact
mucho, porque me pareci algo completamente
diferente y adems me pareca muy extrao que
fuera una empresa espaola.

El proyecto para GANDIABLASCO consisti

en hacer un nuevo sof para exteriores. Vi lo
que exista y decid hacer algo que no tenan.
Mi objetivo fue crear algo que aumentara la
dimensin de una empresa espaola.
De hecho, lo que intent fue hacer ms diseo
de mueble que de arquitectura.
Nos inspiramos en el equipamiento deportivo de
los aos veinte o treinta. Se gener un lenguaje
muy particular que para los diseadores puede ser
muy interesante, y tiene algo muy fresco y casual.
El equipo de GANDIABLASCO es muy abierto y
todos estos elementos marcan la diferencia. As
fue como en este proyecto estuvimos en una
situacin ideal: nuestra responsabilidad fue el
diseo y ellos lo hicieron posible.
The project I did for GANDIABLASCO was to

make a new sofa for outdoor use. I saw what was
available and decided to make something they
didnt have. My aim was to create something that
would enhance the scope of a Spanish company.
In fact, what I tried to do was more about furniture
design than architecture.
We were inspired by sports equipment from
the 1920s and 30s. A very individual language
was conceived that could be very interesting for
designers, and theres something very fresh and
casual about it.
The GANDIABLASCO team are very open and all
these aspects set them apart from the rest. So this
project placed us in an ideal situation: our responsibility
was the design and they made it possible.

relacin que hay entre ellos, hay un
equipo tcnico, un equipo de personas
que es muy cmodo trabajar con ellas,
son simpticos, divertidos, aunque se
trabaja mucho.
For me, the most surprising thing is
the relationship they have with each
other. Theyre a technical team, a team of
people who are very easy to work with,
theyre friendly and fun, but they work
very hard.
Hay dos partes de desafo en este proyecto, una es

entender el proyecto en s, que todo comienza con
productos y con objetos que son lo que nosotros
vemos, que se vende y el usuario compra, pero
para llegar a eso en GANDIABLASCO hay otro
concepto que est como diluido, que no se ve y
es el verdadero trabajo, conseguir un cdigo. Ese
cdigo no es simplemente un cdigo esttico, sino
que adems tiene que ser tico con la empresa,
tipo de producto, imagen de marca que tiene la
empresa y su histrico, debe tener una lnea del
presente y futuro ms que de pasado. Lo segundo
es la paciencia, el tiempo que tienes que dedicarle,
tiempo que tienes que esperar y creer, es como
un s o un no, como si fuera una especie de primer
amor, de noviazgo.
There are two challenges in this project. The first
is understanding the project itself, that everything
starts with products and items that we see, they are
sold and the customer buys them. But to reach this
point in GANDIABLASCO, there is another somewhat
diuse concept, something you cant see and that
is the real work, getting to what we call a code. This
code is not simply an aesthetic code, it must also
be something true to the company ethos, a type of
product, a trademark image of the company and
its history, it must be focused on the present and
the future rather than on the past. The second is
patience, the time you have to spend on it, the time
you spend waiting and believing; its like a yes or a
no, a bit like a first love aair or a courtship.
En realidad la parte ms importante es el alma del

producto, que es lo primero. La dificultad es encontrar ese
primer dibujo que nace un poco del corazn.
Estbamos buscando algo que no sabamos lo que era, y
de repente dibujamos algo que a todo el mundo le gusta.
Eso es lo ms difcil de un producto.
In fact, the most important part is the spirit of the product,
thats the main thing. The diculty lies in getting to that first
sketch, which to some extent comes from the heart. We
were looking for something but we didnt know what it was.
Suddenly, we drew something and everyone liked it. Thats
the most dicult stage of a product.

Tropez se presenta en el mundo del mueble de
exterior sin pretensiones y con sutileza, como lo
hara una crisopa que se posa en un jardn. Presenta
una lnea muy bien definida por un aspecto informal
y flexible, inspirada en el mundo de los deportes
de los aos 20 y 30. Utiliza un lenguaje elegante
de barcos de vela y bastidores de tenis, y aporta el
confort del mueble domstico al exterior.
Tropez is considering the world of outdoor furniture
in an unpretentious and light way of use, a bit like
a lacewing would land in a garden with ease. A
line very much defined by its casual aspects and
flexibility, inspired by the world of sports from the
20s and 30s. Using a language we know from
elegant sailing boats and handcrafted tennis racks,
Tropez is bringing the comfort of domestic furniture
to the outside.

Flat es una coleccin de muebles de exterior
que diseamos para GANDIABLASCO en 2006.
Cinco aos despus, su xito ha sido tan grande
que seguimos diseando nuevas referencias.
Es una coleccin equilibrada y flexible; un
concepto formal esencial, con una estructura
liviana y una incorporacin importante de tejido.
Flat is a collection of outdoor furniture that we
designed for GANDIABLASCO in 2006. Five
years on, it has been so successful that weve
continued designing new items. Its a wellbalanced and flexible collection; an essentially
formal concept with a light and airy structure in
which fabric plays an important part.

En un momento de competencia feroz en el

mundo del mueble de exterior, con muchas
colecciones que muestran sofisticados ejercicios
estticos, yo creo que, precisamente, eso es lo
que no tiene Flat. Tal vez esa sea su ventaja, algo
que el usuario final agradece. Porque, aunque
ha recibido muchos premios, el verdadero
reconocimiento es que la gente lo quiera tanto, y
ms en un momento como el actual.
At a time when competition in the outdoor

furniture world is fierce, with many collections
showing highly sophisticated aesthetic practice,
I think this is exactly what Flat is not. Perhaps
thats what makes it so popular, its something
end users appreciate. Although the range has
won many awards, the real proof of its success
is that people like it so much, especially at times
like this.

Na Xemena representa algo ms que una
coleccin de mobiliario para exterior. Realmente
ha supuesto un concepto indito en el mbito del
outdoor que ha servido para generar una nueva
atmsfera contempornea. Conceb esta coleccin
como respuesta a una necesidad concreta, convertir
el espacio exterior en una extensin del espacio
vivido. Naci desde la arquitectura, con la solvencia
conceptual y tcnica que sta le transmita.
Su geomtrica elemental la hizo trascender
por su capacidad de respuesta a cnones de
atemporalidad y universalidad.
Na Xemena is more than just an outdoor furniture
collection. In fact, it was a completely original
concept in the outdoor environment and has
served to generate a brand new contemporary
atmosphere. I came up with this collection in
response to a specific need, to make the outdoor
space into an extension of the living space. It arose
from architecture, which gave it a certain amount
of conceptual and technical reliability. Its basic
geometry meant it could go much further and be
capable of responding to norms of timelessness
and universality.

La coleccin Luna trasciende la geometra
cartesiana para hallar la ligereza en sus contornos
quebrados y envolventes. Los perfiles siguen
recorridos abstractos y logran adaptarse al cuerpo
de forma natural. La combinacin material de acero
inoxidable y fina lmina de polietileno me permita
obtener la pureza formal que buscaba y aportan
liviandad al entorno. Jugar con la liviandad y sutileza
e integrarse con presencia en cualquier ambiente
son las propuestas de la Coleccin Luna, que
basa su atractivo en la potica de la insinuacin,
combinando sencillez y carcter.
The Luna collection goes beyond Cartesian
geometry in the quest for lightness, with curvy,
enveloping contours. The outlines follow abstract
patterns and naturally adapt themselves to the
body. The physical combination of stainless steel
and thin polyethylene sheeting meant I was able
to get the formal purity I was looking for and
bring an airy feel to the surroundings. The play of
lightness and subtlety and the ability to look good
anywhere are all features of the Luna Collection. Its
attractiveness comes from the poetics of insinuation,
a combination of simplicity and character.

Big es una butaca en rotomoldeo muy polivalente
con el resto de colecciones de GANDIABLASCO,
ya que puede funcionar en torno a las mesas de
las diferentes colecciones o bien como butaca
independiente. La forma de la butaca parece
estar formada por cojines redondeados, como si
fueran una nube, lo que hace que formalmente sea
amable, sin cantos y, a su vez, muy cmoda.
Big is a rotationally moulded lounge chair that can
be paired with other GANDIABLASCO collections.
It works well with side tables from our various
collections or as a stand-alone lounging chair. The
armchair looks as though it is made with rounded
cushions, as if it were a cloud. The shape is smooth
and rounded, with no hard edges and it is very
comfortable.

creando un volumen hueco, liviano y al mismo
tiempo resistente gracias a su seccin triangular.
Un taburete que se integra en el contexto y que
resuelve de forma sencilla y elegante uno de
los aspectos ms difciles de esta tipologa la
interaccin de la zona para apoyar los pies.
Air resorts to the manufacturing process used for
rotomoulded polyethylene in an unconventional
manner to create a hollow, light volume with a
resistant triangular section. A stool that merges with
the context and simply and elegantly solves one
of the most dicult aspects for this typology: the
interaction with the designated foot rest area.

Equal es una mesa monobloque basada en los
clsicos muebles de exterior donde sus tops tenan
unos elegantes cortes paralelos como el smbolo
matemtico del igual para drenar el agua de la
lluvia. Este ejercicio de proporciones para resolver
esta columna fabricada en rotomoldeo a modo de
base, se complementa con su coleccin de tops de
cuidadas geometras. Equal es ideal como mesa de
desayuno en nuestra terraza o para un gran restaurante
jugando con sus mltiples formatos y medidas.
Equal is a mono-block table inspired by classical
outdoor furniture. The table tops feature two
elegant parallel lines resembling the mathematical
equal sign, used to drain rain water. The exercise in
proportion undertaken to structure this rotomoulded
column base works with the collection of tops with
precise geometries. Equal is the perfect breakfast
table for the terrace or the ideal solution for large
restaurants juggling dierent formats and measures.

develop a timeless chair with a neutral appearance
and shape. This makes it completely adaptable to
the various collections included in the catalogue.

Se trata de un proyecto inspirado en la moda, se
extrapola al mundo del mobiliario los conceptos y
las tcnicas empleadas en los textiles.
La unin de las piezas que conforman la coleccin
se hace mediante un sistema que simula las
costuras de las prendas. De esta forma se consigue
un elemento de gran flexibilidad que se adapta a
todas las personas, igual que una prenda de moda.
Las costuras de la silla le proporcionan la ergonoma
perfecta, proporcionando confort y dndole carcter
propio al diseo.
Se extrapola al mundo del mobiliario

los conceptos y las tcnicas empleadas
en los textiles.
The concepts and techniques used in
textiles are carried over into the world

This project draws it inspiration from fashion; the

concepts and techniques used in textiles have been
carried over into the world of furniture.
The way items in the collection are put together
uses a system that simulates how seams are

Bali is a sunshade with an umbrella system
designed to reveal the mechanisms and structure
that other sunshades try to conceal. By using this
method we have been able to combine finishes
and colours in both fabric and structure, using two

Hemos querido trabajar un producto que
pudiera trasladar conceptos propios del interior
de la casa, como la reunin en torno al fuego, al
espacio exterior. Llar responde a esta premisa
con una esttica puramente arquitectnica donde
la proporcin y la composicin del producto
transmiten una cierta rotundidad y presencia
propias del movimiento moderno, donde el fuego
ya era considerado un elemento arquitectnico
fundamental en la vivienda.
We wanted to work on a product that would
transfer concepts more akin to inside a house, like
sitting round the fire, to the outdoor space and Llar
is a response to this idea. It has a purely architectural
look, with the products proportions and composition
conveying the solid feel and presence so typical of
the modern trend, in which fire is treated as one of
the basic architectural features of the house.

Desde hace ya varios aos, han sido muchas
las conversaciones con Jos A. Ganda-Blasco,
presidente de GANDIABLASCO, en las cuales
pona de manifiesto su intencin de convertir La
Casa GANDIABLASCO en un espacio cultural
y experimental, en el que promover acciones
vinculadas al diseo y otras disciplinas tangenciales
como el arte, la msica
Por fin, hemos inaugurado las instalaciones que ha
dispuesto GANDIABLASCO para realizar un taller de
dos das enmarcado dentro del Odesign Summer
Workshop, Un curso de verano promovido por la
Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU y coordinado
por los profesores Sara Barquero, Borja Garca y
el estudio Odosdesign, e impartido por el estudio
Kawamura-Ganjavian.
El workshop exploraba la relacin entre los espacios

exteriores y los ambientes de trabajo. As todos los
alumnos participantes redisearon piezas de la firma
como el Parasol Ensombra, la silla Picnic o piezas de
la coleccin Flat y Saler.
Aportando un nuevo enfoque y proyectando una
nueva morfologa de las piezas.
Una experiencia que permite el intercambio de
conocimientos y una convivencia que facilita el
debate, dan como resultado un proyecto muy
enriquecedor para todas las partes involucradas.

La periodista y escritora Matilde M. Oriola define con

precisin la idea de La Casa GANDIABLASCO: Ha
llegado el momento de que la Casa lugar real y
metfora- sea la expresin fsica y simblica de los
principios que han dado vida y seguirn impulsando
la marca. La marca es la Casa. Y eso implica
creatividad, movilidad, interrelacin, cruce, inventiva,
transparencia. Hacer visibles los valores que hay
dentro, alimentar el motor.
Encuentros, talleres, exposiciones y workshops
conformarn un programa que tiene por objetivo
la unin de las ideas con la praxis. No bastan las
intuiciones, hay que saber darles contenido y forma,
elegir el material y la tecnologa, producir el objeto y,
por ltimo, saber comunicar su valor distintivo y nico
en un mundo supercompetitivo a escala global.
Esta iniciativa refuerza la contribucin de
GANDIABLASCO en la creacin de nuevas
dinmicas industriales, a la que vez que impulsa
sinergias entre el sector empresarial y productivo, el
mbito de la enseanza y el mundo de la cultura y
las artes.
La Casa GANDIABLASCO es una manera de

entender el diseo y trasladarlo a todas las facetas de la
vida cotidiana.

WORKSHOP
Jos A. Ganda-Blasco, President of GANDIABLASCO,

has had many conversations with us over the
years, in which he has expressed his intention of
converting La Casa GANDIABLASCO into a cultural
and experimental space, where events linked to
design and other tangential disciplines such as art
and music could be promoted.
At last, we opened the GANDIABLASCO facilities
to host a two-day event as part of the Odesign
Summer Workshop. This is a summer course,
promoted by the Cardenal Herrera CEU University,
coordinated by lecturers Sara Barquero, Borja
Garca and the Odosdesign Studio, and led by the
Kawamura-Ganjavian Studio.

The workshop was focused on exploring the relation

between outdoor spaces and work environments. All
the students taking part redesigned items produced by
the company, such as the Ensombra parasol, the Picnic
Chair or items from the Flat and Saler collections.
Their remit was to provide a new focus and design new
forms for the items.
The experience enabled knowledge exchange and
a spirit of cooperation that allowed discussion to take
place, resulting in a very valuable project for everyone
concerned.
Journalist and writer Matilde M. Oriola explicitly
defines the idea of La Casa GANDIABLASCO:
The time has come for La Casa GANDIABLASCO,
both in terms of a real and a metaphorical House,
to be the physical and symbolic expression
of the principles behind the brand and that
continue to drive it forward. The brand is La Casa
GANDIABLASCO. And this involves creativity,
mobility, interrelationship, crossover, inventiveness,
transparency. Making core values visible, fuelling
the engine.
Meetings, seminars, exhibitions and workshops
constitute a programme aimed at joining ideas and
practice together. Intuition is not enough; you have
to know how to give them content and form, how
to choose the material and the technology, how to
produce the object and then how to communicate
its distinctive and unique value in a highly
competitive global environment.
La Casa GANDIABLASCO is a way of

understanding design and taking it into all
facets of everyday life.

CONCURSO
INTERNACIONAL
DE DISEO DE
MOBILIARIO EXTERIOR
El apoyo al talento emergente por parte de
GANDIABLASCO se hace patente en su Concurso
Internacional de Diseo de Mobiliario Exterior.
GANDIABLASCO busca reconcocer y premiar el
esfuerzo de los participantes. El concurso forma
parte de todo un conjunto de acciones que la
empresa realiza para promover el diseo.
El concurso lleva celebrndose 7 aos y en cada
convocatoria aumenta la participacin. Tanto a
nivel nacional como internacional, supone una gran
plataforma de lanzamiento para jvenes diseadores.
El objetivo de esta sptima convocatoria ha sido el
diseo de un espacio Chill Out para exterior. De entre
las numerosas propuestas recibidas los aspectos
que se valoran por parte del jurado son la innovacin
y la originalidad de las piezas. Se buscan nuevos
conceptos y nuevas aplicaciones de materiales.
El apoyo al talento emergente por parte

de GANDIABLASCO se hace patente
en su Concurso Internacional de diseo
de Mobiliario Exterior.
Los miembros del jurado en esta ocasin fueron:

de GANDIABLASCO.
Carmen Alborch, poltica, escritora y actualmente
Senadora en Cortes Generales de Espaa por
Valencia.
Marta Rio Prez, Directora de las revistas Nuevo
Estilo y ELLE Decor Spain en Hearst Magazines,
Luis Calabuig, miembro del estudio de diseo
Odosdesign y profesor asociado en la Univeridad
Cardenal Herrera CEU de Valencia.
Rubn lvarez, cocinero profesional claramente
influenciado por disciplinas como la arquitectura, el
arte o la vdeo-creacin.
El 18 de Septiembre en el MUVIM (Museo
Valenciano de la Ilustracin y la Modernidad) se
present el fallo del jurado.
El ganador del primer premio del concurso fu:
Kensaku Oshiro desde Japn con su proyecto A
piece of Lawn basado en transmitir el contacto
directo con la naturaleza a travs de su sistema de
pufs y asientos.
Gonzalo Garca y Christine Rathmann se llevarn el
segundo premio y la mencin de honor.
Coincidiendo con este evento se estren el
vdeo de los 70 aos de la empresa. Un vdeo
en el que numerosos miembros del equipo de
GANDIABLASCO y prensa especializada del sector
cuentan su experiencia y relacin personal y
profesional con la empresa.
La prxima edicin del concurso contar de nuevo
con un jurado de excepcin:

FURNITURE DESIGN CONTEST
Judging panel members this year were:
Jos A. Ganda-Blasco, President and Artistic
Director of GANDIABLASCO.
Carmen Alborch, politician, writer and currently
Senator for Valencia in the Spanish Parliament.
Marta Rio Prez, Director of Nuevo Estilo and ELLE
Decor Spain at Hearst Magazines.
Luis Calabuig, member of the Odosdesign design
studio and Associate Lecturer at the Cardenal
Herrera CEU University of Valencia.
Rubn lvarez, professional chef with a strong anity
for disciplines such as architecture, art and videoart.
The judges decision was announced in the MUVIM
(Valencian Museum of the Enlightenment and
Modernity) on 18 September.
The first prize was won by Kensaku Oshiro from
Japan for his project, A piece of Lawn based on
transmitting direct contact with nature through his
system of poufs and seats.
Gonzalo Garca and Christine Rathmann took second
prize and honourable mention respectively.
Coinciding with this event, the video produced
to mark the companys 70th anniversary was
shown for the first time. The video features many
members of the GANDIABLASCO team and
journalists specialising in the sector talking about
their experiences and about their personal and
professional relationship with the company.

GANDIABLASCO seeks to acknowledge and reward the
eorts of everyone taking part. The contest is part of a
series of events held by the company to promote design.
The contest has been held for the last 7 years and the
number of entrants has been steadily increasing. It
is a major platform for launching young designers at
national and international level.
The aim of this seventh contest was to design an
outdoor Chill Out space. From the many proposals
received, the judging panel awarded the highest scores
to items that showed innovation and originality. The
judges were looking out for new concepts and new
applications of materials.

We realised almost from the start that we could not
focus on the domestic market alone. Because our
product is an item born from a customers needs,

de la necesidad de un cliente y tiene un factor de
diseo muy importante, consideramos que estas
caractersticas eran extrapolables a otros pases.

ORDERS
El cliente deber formalizar correctamente el pedido va email o fax. No se aceptarn pedidos

escritos a mano.
Todos los pedidos tienen que llevar una referencia de cliente o una referencia numrica.
Todas las lneas de descripcin del producto, trminos de venta, referencias, etc, se deben
comprobar una vez recibida la factura pro forma enviada por GANDIABLASCO. Reclamar
factura pro forma en caso que no haya llegado pasados 72 horas de la formalizacin del pedido.
No se aceptarn cambios en los pedidos 72 horas despus de la recepcin de la pro forma.
No se aceptarn devoluciones de mercanca sin la previa autorizacin de GANDIABLASCO.
Orders must be placed correctly via e-mail or fax. No hand-written orders will be accepted.
All orders must include a reference of the customer or a numerical reference.
After receiving the pro-forma invoice from GANDIABLASCO please check every line referring
to the product description, sales conditions, references, etc. Please ask for the pro-forma invoice if
you havent received it 72 hours after placing the order.
No changes will be accepted 72 hours after receiving the pro-forma invoice.
No returned goods will be accepted without the previous authorisation of GANDIABLASCO.

RECLAMACIONES
COMPLAINTS
Los daos causados por el transporte debern ser reportados durante las 72 horas siguientes a la
descarga de la mercanca. Esta reclamacin debe ir acompaada del n de factura correspondiente
y con la nota de entrega rmada en destino; indicando claramente las observaciones de daos
externos visibles en las cajas. Si es posible hay que aportar una fotografa del estado en el que
se encuentra el embalaje en la descarga. GANDIABLASCO no se har cargo de ningn dao
causado por el transporte noticado con posterioridad a las 72 horas.
Cualquier reclamacin por defecto de fabricacin se tramitar indicando el nmero de factura
correspondiente a la mercanca, indicando por escrito los defectos o daos y adjuntando una
fotografa de los mismos va email. GANDIABLASCO no se har cargo de ninguna reclamacin
que no se haya tramitado facilitando correctamente los datos requeridos.
Damages caused by transport must be reported during the following 72 hours after unloading the
goods. The complaint must be lodged together with the respective invoice number and the delivery
note signed at destination, clearly indicating the external, visible damages of the boxes. If possible,
attach a picture of the state of the packing when unloading it. GANDIABLASCO does not accept
any transport damage if reported after 72 hours from delivery.
Any complaint due to a manufacturing defect must be lodged indicating the corresponding
invoice number with a written description of the defects or damages and attaching a picture via
e-mail. GANDIABLASCO will not accept any complaint which has not been lodged including all
required details.
GANDIABLASCO ofrece una garanta de 2 aos a partir de la fecha de adquisicin de sus

productos. Esta garanta cubre defectos de material y defectos de fabricacin. GANDIABLASCO
