This is my response to your email, forwarded below with attachments, that states:

Attached to this email, please find a copy of a certified letter that was sent by our office
to you relating to the above-referenced matter. As reflected in the attachment, the
certified mailing included a check issued to you, however, its our understanding that you
still have not picked up the certified mailing from the Post Office. Please note that the
Post Office has advised our office that the certified mailing will be returned to our office
if you have not picked it up by June 19, 2016.

Attached you will find the Order to Respond and Order Establishing Motion Practice Procedure
entered by the Court June 13, 2016, and served by email. Please govern yourself accordingly.
Unfortunately your email of June 15, 2016, and attachments, contain numerous inaccuracies.
First, your reference to the Post Office is actually a CPU, a Contract Postal Unit, known as
Countryside CPU, d.b.a. Yours Truly Gifts & Cards. The Postmaster General, et al, is aware of
the situation where I do not patronize Countryside CPU. I have requested a U.S. Postal Service
branch to serve my area, pursuant to the Postal Clause of the Constitution of the United States
(Article I, Section 8, Clause 7), and U.S. Code Title 39 - Postal Service.
Second, the letter dated June 1, 2016 you attached of Kevin Stone is incorrect, and the purported
check amount of $681.15 is likely not correct. So that must be returned. You wrote, Please note
that the Post Office has advised our office that the certified mailing will be returned to our office
if you have not picked it up by June 19, 2016. Fine, the mail will be returned.
M. Stones letter correctly states that I did not sign a form related to the purported check in the
amount of $681.15,
However, you declined to sign SECO Energy's requited form that its members routinely
use to request a lump sum and acknowledge the discounted amount. Nevertheless, in
recent correspondence to SECO Energy and others, you have made clear that you believe

you are entitled to $681.15. This is a correct calculation of the discounted lump sum
amount. Since you have expressed your wishes to receive the discounted lump sum, a
check in the amount of $681.15 is enclosed to satisfy all claims on Penelope M.
Gillespie's capital credits.
Mr. Stone should disabuse himself that I have made clear that you believe you are entitled to
$681.15. I was mislead to think I was entitled to $681.15 by Melinda Ferguson, a nonlawyer
payroll specialist acting as Sumter Electric Cooperatives legal department, in violation of UPL
Rule 10 of The Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, Rules Governing The Investigation And
Prosecution Of The Unlicensed Practice Of Law, and section 454.23 of the Florida Statutes.
Mr. Stone knows, or should know, that the entire premise for the $681.15 check is false, see
attached my affidavit April 29, 2014 to Sumter Electric Cooperative notarized by Dawn P.
Young. It is unclear why Mr. Stone and Ms. Ferguson have perpetrated this fraud on me.
The Court has ordered the Plaintiff to file its responses to my motions within twenty (20) days of
the date of the order, entered June 13, 2016, which I calculate as Sunday, July 3, 2016.
I plan to make additional court filings early next week addressing the above, and other matters.
You may want to consider my filings before responding to the Court, but that is up to you, the
Plaintiff, and Stone & Gerken, P.A. et al.
This is my final response to your email and attachments until my court filings next week.
