someone elses thoughtless words or acts. If youve
been hurt and it still bothers you, realize that person has weaknesses just as you do. You dont need
to carry around the burden of someone elses flaws.
Forgive that person today.

7 X 7 CONTRACT

Week 7, Day 1
PLAN YOUR WEEK

Find a quiet place where you can focus and spend

2030 minutes to:
1. Connect with your mission, roles, and goals.
2. Schedule the Big Rocks. Ask the Big Rocks
Question: What are the one or two most
important things I can do in this role this
week?*
3. Organize the rest. Schedule your other tasks,
appointments, and activities around your Big
Rocks.
[You can] deeply enjoy spontaneous experiences,
knowing that you have proactively organized your
week to accomplish key goals in every area of your
life. Stephen R. Covey
*Remember that your Daily Private Victory is a
Big Rock for each day of the week.
