KOMPONEN ADMINISTRASI GURU
DI SEKOLAH DASAR
I. PENDAHULUAN
Dalam rangka menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berjalan dengan lancar, m
aka perlu adanya dukungan administrasi program pengajaran yang memadai. Tanpa ad
anya panduan sebagai pedoman maka seorang guru hanya akan melaksanakan tugasnya
menurut ketentuannya sendiri dan seringkali tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan pen
didikan.
Pedoman ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pelengkap yang pada hakikatnya berfungsi unt
uk mengarahkan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar bagi para guru di samping pedoma
n lain yang mungkin lebih lengkap.
Tujuan utama dari pedoman ini adalah :
1. Menjabarkan secara operasional kegiatan para guru dalam membuat administrasi
kelas yang
disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang berlaku.
2. Sebagai pegangan dan petunjuk pengelolaan administrasi kelas.
3. Memberikan contoh format administrasi guru dan administrasi kelas.
4. Memudahkan pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi dalam rangka pengendalian prog
ram
pengajaran.
Terdapat 25 komponen administrasi guru dan administrasi kelas di sekolah dasar y
ang perlu
mendapatka perhatian guru agar tujuan program pengajaran dapat berjalan dengan b
aik, yaitu :
1. Kurikulum dan Bahan Pengajaran.
2. Analisis Materi Pelajaran (Penjabaran & penyesuaian)
3. Papan Absensi Harian.
4. Buku Penghubung.
5. Buku Penerimaan dan Pengemblian Rapor.
6. Buku Ulangan bergilir.
7. Buku Bimbingan dan Konseling.
8. Buku Kunjungan Rumah.
9. Buku Berobat.
10. Buku Keuangan. *)
