dismissive or critical, eg when there is a new initiative or scheme taken on by
the school.
d. Viewing from different perspectives By being receptive to the thoughts and
views of others and looking at things from their point of view, eg taking into
account the views of staff, parents and children.
e. Thinking about consequences By thinking about how any changes in my role
might affect other areas of my work, eg changing the amount of support a child
has will affect the child.
