C, Your enforcement of the lock-in ock-out protocol has now placed inmates in a position of authority over each other, Inmates are required to shut there own doors after leaving or they will face disciplinary action, and if they don't then there cell-mate will get disciplinary action if he is there when staff comes by the cell, There has already been threats of violence from one cell-mate to the other, because one inmate said make the cops shut the fucking doors its there job, the other inmate said T don't want to face disciplinary action, because he had a shot at parole soon, the inmate who want the staff to shut the doors said fuck you I have a life-sentence and T don't care and I'll beat your ass if you shut the door.
