Gulf Oil Health Survey

The University of Florida, the University of Maryland

School of Medicine along with the County Extension
Office and the Franklin’s Promise Coalition invite
members of the seafood community in Franklin
County to participate in a survey to document the
human health impacts of the BP Oil Spill.

• We will ask you questions about your thoughts,

feelings and opinions.
• It will take about 1 hour. Interview are from
10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
• You will be reimbursed for your time and there
are a limited number interview slots available.
• All interviews are confidential.
• You must be 18 years old or older to
participate.
