I am happy to recommend Rasheedah Muhammad for your Nursing Program at Lincoln Technical
Institute.

Rasheedah was hired into my organization in November 2003 as an Accounts

Receivable/Accounts Payable Coordinator. She came to us as a recent graduate from the Stuart
School of Business, but with little practical business experience. Rasheedah immediately
showed her willingness to learn and to take on additional responsibly. She always acted in a
professional manner, been organized, efficient and acted in a cooperative team manner. She
learned the skills necessary to perform her responsibilities very quickly, and has been a great
asset to the company.

With the merger of GlobespanVirata and Conexant Systems, it was decided that all financial
functions would move to corporate headquarters in California, thereby eliminating her position in
NJ. Rasheedah’s work ethics were so impressive I decided as her former employer to bring her
aboard whatever company I was hired at. Rasheedah Muhammad is now working side by side
with me at Computer Generated Solutions in New York. I know that she will do well in this
