of SCM always aids the stronger (generally the Buyer) exploit the weaker
(supplier). Do you agree? Enlarge your answer

2. “Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged”. This was the basis for
development of “Reverse supply chain management”. Do you agree? Explain
your views.

3. You have taken up your First assignment after your MBA degree with a large
family owned manufacturer of paints. You suggest to them to introduce
Information Technology in the business. The response of the MD/ED
(owner/promoter) is:
“We have been working with manual systems all along and grown to be leaders
in our business after battling all MNC’s. Why invest so heavily into Information
technology?”
How would you deal with such a situation?
