ASSIGNMENT OF TEMPORARY JUDGES TO THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
WHEREAS, itis necessary to the dispaich of business of the ELEVENTH JUDICIAL
CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA that judges be temporarily assigned to duty in that court;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, HARRY LEE ANSTEAD, under the authority vested in me as
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida, under Article V, Section 2 of the Constitution of
Florida, do hereby assign the senior judges designated on the attached list to the ELEVENTH
JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA to serve as temporary judges between JULY 1, 2002, and
JUNE 30, 2003, in order to hear, conduct, try, and determine the causes which shall be presented
to them.
Under and by virtue of the authority of this order, these judges are hereby vested with all
the powers and prerogatives conferred by the Constitution and the laws of the State of Florida
upon a judge of the court to which they are assigned,
Ast appears that, by virtue of this assignment, THE HONORABLE HERBERT
STETTIN may be called upon to exceed sixty days temporary duty, THE HONORABLE
HERBERT STETTIN is hereby approved for assignment to temporary duty in excess of sixty
days.
