ADAPTATION

* Do NOT perform more adaptation exercises than prescribed by your clinician

ACTIVITY 1

 Tape the letter A on a plain white wall @ eye


level.
 Sit upright in a chair (with arms) 3/5/10 feet
away.
 Keep eyes focused on the letter A.
 Rotate head from side to side for 15/30/45/60
seconds.
 The letter A must be in clear focus at all times.
 Your symptoms should increase slightly during
exercise.
 After exercise, rest until symptoms return to
baseline.
 Perform 1/2/3 sets as able.
 Perform 1/2/3 times per day as able.

exercise.

surrounding visual environment.
 Keep eyes focused on the letter A.

seconds while moving the letter A in the
opposite direction.
 The letter A must be in clear focus at all times.
 Your symptoms should increase slightly during
exercise.
 After exercise, rest until symptoms return to
