1 Admission requirements
Any National Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. (Completed via Higher Education and Training).
The purpose of this qualification is to enhance your skills in quality management within your field of specialisation.

2 Programme outcomes
This degree should enable the student to do the following:
Implement a quality management system
Effectively audit the system
Use statistical methods and techniques in the evaluation of data, and present data professionally that could be used to make important
quality decisions
Continuously improve all processes in the organisation
Plan, implement and manage total quality in an organisation
Consistently move the organisation towards excellence by implementing the SA Excellence Model
