Executive Nikko Room

Offering the ultimate in stylish accommodation, the newly renovated Executive Nikko

rooms are fitted with LCD TV, black marble tops and a range of modern fittings such as

the executive writing desk, bed panels, lighting and comfortable sofas. Guests staying in

the Executive Nikko rooms are also accorded access to the Nikko Lounge at Level 26

and preferential privileges such as complimentary breakfast, afternoon refreshment and

evening pre-dinner drinks as well as complimentary internet access both in the rooms

and within the Lounge itself to name a few.

Executive Suite

 A total of 9 Executive Suites is available at Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur, each offering

84 sq. m of comfortable living. The Executive Suite features a living room that is

comfortably furnished with sofas and an Executive writing desk, and comes complete

with a luxuriously furnished bedroom with ensute bathroom and separate shower. Plush

carpets in bronze and brown are used throughout the suite and are complemented with

Premier Room

Newly refurbished, the Premier rooms offer the utmost convenience for the busy

travellers. Fitted with furnishings and fittings in rich tones of bronze, matt gold and

brown, the Premier rooms come with a choice of single or king bed and for guests

Deluxe Room

Each Deluxe Room in Hotel Nikko Kuala features a total of 42 sq meter of

comfortable living and is pleasantly fitted with furnishings in soothing hues of brown and

matt gold. It has 2 type of deluxe room; king size bed and twin bed room. The ensuite

bathroom is spacious and has a separate shower area and bath tub.

Ambassador Suite

The Hotel has 3 Ambassador Suites, all of which are located on higher floors of the

Hotel. Each one features a living room and a dining ard a separate bedroom with an

ensuite bathroom complete with Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. Contemporary and

modern in design, the Suites feature fittings and furnishings in various hues of muted

gold, bronze and brown creating a cosy and warm ambience.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite offers 168 sq m. of living space whereas the Royal Suite has

210 sq m. Both suites are the highest premium suites available in Hotel Nikko In Kuala

Lumpur. The Presidential Suite is located at Level 29 of the hotel.

ADVANTAGES FROM GUEST RESPOND

 Near many embassies such as French, U.S. and Thailand.

 Upgraded to executive floor, biggest bed ever 2.5 meters wide, great room

overall.

 Clean rooms and good lounges.

 Lovely big rooms. Especially liked having a separate shower instead of shower

over bath. Staff helpful

 Great location - about 300 meters from the PETRONAS Towers.

 Nice view of twin towers.

 Breakfast has one of the best spread in all the hotels I have been to. The free

internet in the room is a PLUS.

 Location is good, very close to Twin Tower. The included breakfast is wonderful.

The room facilities are good and keeping new. The service is not bad

 Big room space, big bed, clean and tidy, extremely polite and helpful bell boys.

 The condition of room is excellent, and first times use such great toilet bowl.

Secondly, the facility such as swimming pool also placed at great condition;

perhaps this is one of good impression from my family and me.

 Great ambience (lobby and also room) and of course food.

 Great breakfast, nice swimming pool and gym large comfortable rooms’ cheap

parking -- only RM 5 for two nights!!

DISADVANTAGES FROM GUEST RESPOND
 Over all looks a bit old, not really worth the price u pay.

 Breakfast is included, but better suited to Asian clients.

 Front desk not so very friendly and helpful Services are limited during holidays

 It is centrally located, but not close to other hotels, would have been better if it

was on the other side of the PETRONAS towers

 Always try to charge green tea at breakfast time, having to remind them every

morning that I didn't have to pay the previous day so I m not going to pay. Noisy

although on 16th floor. The door man has a funny cold facial expression, making

me feel a bit uneasy. Some receptionists are not that friendly. Food and drink are

very pricey. Room is a bit tired, not deserving 5 star standards.

 Staffs services are disappointing, looks like they hate their job and being forced

to come to work. Some features in the room is not working and when make a

complain, they didn’t take it seriously instead saying that no one had complain

about it before.

 Difficulty in contacting the hotel by e-mail before our stay.

 The rooms are nice but the one we were given is getting a little "tired" and needs

to be given a spruce up before it gets too worn out.

 Restaurants and cafes are overpriced inside, surrounding area does not offer

many places to eat or shop,

 Should provide free internet access. Parking should be free for guest.

 Check-in took a long time; queue too long during breakfast

 Staffs need to be reminded again and again to provide sufficient amenities.

Room was not cleaned properly, but was improved after issue was raised with

the management.

 Breakfast for children was charge as adult rate.

 Seems not many staff can speak Chinese.

 Internet access in the room is not free though nowadays a lot of hotels including

boutique hotels around Asia already providing free internet access

 Only one thing, because the room temperature is quite low, therefore it will affect

to the floor in the wash room, that make us feel cold. I hope that can find better

way to solve this problem, anyway perhaps this is only my own problem, you can

consider for it.

 Breakfast was over crowded, slow service.

CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION

 Wide and big the pool plus with water slide.

 Renovating and decorating the entrance for make it interesting and

beautiful.

 The lobby should not be crowded with decoration because the area is

small.

 Add many facilities like mall and many more

 High decoration for the room.

 Put some decoration at the front desk.

 Improve the restaurant service.

 Improve the wifi wireless.

 Staff must improve the work skill, be alert and always smile to guest.

 Learn the better skill for food preparation.

 Minimum the food price for café and restaurant.

 Maintenance the hotel always.
