The Cummins Jetsort is a great coin

processing machine except when it comes to
service. Heres a quick Guide and Tips to
servicing this unit.

PM service Tips:
Normally a good cleaning of the machine would vacuum any foreign material out
above and below the rubber disk.

The pad can be cleaned with a brush and 409.

The sensors can be cleaned with a "Q" tip and alcohol (2000 Model). The Metal
sort disk can be scraped with a metal brush freeing it of any build up in the
grooves.

Messages:

"RECON" Message- Power down and back up to see if fault clears-Clean and
check sensors

"Default Message"-After performing a default to original settings by

performing a Hard clear memory reset- All totals are lost, printers settings, Box is
default. Coin Bag stops can also be set in the program mode but are defaulted to
FED

Hot Keys:
Hard Reset to Default: Turn off then back on the "power button" while
pressing and holding down the "RED" button on the keyboard.

Program Mode: Turn off then back on the "power button" while pressing and
holding down the "Start/Batch" button on the keyboard.

Program Navigation:
"<>" button will move cursor to the right or left through menu

"Mode/Coin" button will move cursor down through menu

"Continue" button will select desired menu selection and change setting from
"box" to "bag" if continually pressed

"TO set any changes" to memory power down by power switch will set changes
