 Placement Team Selection
• To begin with, interested students register themselves
• A Group Discussion is conducted to all the interested
students to evaluate their leadership skills
• Short listed students go on to present about the
institution before the panel comprising of the director
and the faculty members
• Based on the performance of the students in the
abovementioned rounds, the coordinators will be
selected
• For the batch 2009 – 10, 2 Placement Coordinators
were selected
 Placement Cell Activates
• The Placement Coordinators and the Sector Coordinators
carry out key placement related activities that include
1) Preparing Placement Brochure
2) Finalizing companies for the placement drive
3) Fixing appointments with the corporate and ensure a fruitful
placement drive
4) Slot companies to visit the campus based on the batch
preference and Institute policies
5) Continue with corporate communications – CRF, sending
invitations to participate in the placement week
6) Handle the corporate visits during the placement week and
ensure a smooth selection process
