Dear parents of children in Ms. Bae’s Class:

I’m Lesly Mohr, Brianna’s mom, and I am happy to be your Class representative for this year! I will act
as communicator between our childrens’ class teacher, Ms. Bae and you, the parents.

For those of you who are returning from last year, it’s good to have you back! For those families who
are new to our school – WELCOME! I look forward to meeting you!

Just like last year, I will be using email to pass message and to request your support for various events
during the school year, and, of course we can meet for coffee or lunch to discuss the various class
activities. To enable me to communicate with you, I will need some contact information. Please kindly
take the time to fill out the information on page 2 and return it to the Ms. Bae (via your child’s diary, if
you like) and she will forward it to me.

I look forward to planning our children’s events this new coming school year. Your cooperation and
volunteering is greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Following are a few things for your information:

1. As I will be using e-mail to pass messages and request your support for various events during the
school year, I’ll need your contact information as requested in the following page. PLEASE
EMAIL THE COMPLETED FORM TO ME BEFORE OCTOBER 1.
2. All class parents are invited to an initial “Coffee Morning” to chat and to discuss class activities.
Regarding our first Coffee Morning, please see the attached for proposed time. Whichever time
accommodates the most parents will then be chosen. You will be notified as quickly as possible.
3. I will asking you at a later date for a contribution of NT$500 to cover the costs of the class parties.
