General objectives:

After 4 hours of nurse-patient interaction the patient will be able to establish bounderies of the
relationship and identifies needs and problems.

Specifically:

The patient will be able to

1. Establish turst to the student nurse

2. Interpret his experiences rationally.
3. Identify factors that lacks on him

Student nurse feeling of inference prior to interaction

this is my second patient it is because my last Length of interaction

patient was already discharge so ms. Told me
that mr. r is my patient it because it is new in
the ward when I approcah him GOD more
irritable than my old patient . he don’t lke to
talk and in the ward his lying on bed even he
cant sleep he still keep his eyes close and don’t
want to respond and I dont want to force himm
it because I don’t know what will happen(baka
the more ma irritable siya) and also ms. Told me
that ala pa daw na na igo sa tambal so I didn’t
disturbed him.
The time length of interaction is just 10 minutes
it is episode it because everytime I approach
him he always says that “init pa unya nalang”
and “kapoy”
Evaluation of nurse-patient interaction
Goal is not met. Because the patient don’t want
to cooperate with me.
Future planning
my future planning of this patinet is to build
trust to each o ther and he will be cooperate
not just in our interview and also for the
therapies that student nurse prepared.
