1. No drinks will be served from bar without a KOT.
2. Please collect your bills in advance to avoid any delays in payment or wrong bills. 3. Bar tender s are not responsible for any delays of bill at last moment. 4. Please check bar availability well in advance of your shift. 5. Zero tolerance against use of mobile phone during the operation. 6. Consumption of food or beverage without permission will be taken seriously. 7. Each shift is responsible to give/take handover to other /previous shift, Shift manager make sure without handover no one leaves. 8. Any spoilage/ shortage have to be being in notice to the manager on duty and relevant documentation need to complete. Responsibility of bar tender to get it done. 9. Station holder has to present in his station only, Staff should not gather in one place or at hostess desk. 10. GRE’s make sure the music is on time. 11. Use of internet/telephone or company property without permission will be taken seriously.
