ICE if you are experiencing PAIN!

– Pain = SHARP, BURNING, STABBING, THROBBING, etc.

• CONSISTENCY is the key!

Rules for using Ice


• Apply directly to SKIN

• Use REAL ICE or an INSULATED ICE PACK

• 15 MIN maximum – or until you feel NUMBNESS – whichever


comes first

• Repeat every HOUR for best results

• Where? Over the DISC and over the PAINFUL AREA
