Installation Procedure For NX-6

Step 01. Copy the nx6.lic file from the folder [UG-NX6\Magnitude]
and paste it in any drive of your computer

Step 02. Run the Launch.exe From the folder UG-NX6

Step 03. Then a Window NX 6 Product installation appears

Step 04. In that window click on Install Licence server.

Step 05. Follow the installation procedure by clicking next....

Step 06. when the installation asks for the lic file show the lic file
from the location where you have pasted the lic file
Refer to [Step 1]

Step 07. Follow the instructions and finish the installation.

Step 08. The click on Install NX from the Installation window.

Step 09. Follow the Installation steps.

Step 10. After finishing installation Copy the folder [UGS]

from the installation set up
[\UG-NX5\ugslicensing010\program files\UGS]

Step 11. Paste it in the folder where you have installed NX-5.
eg:-C:\Program Files\UGS

Step 12. Click yes when it asks for file overwrite.

Step 13. Restart your Computer {It is must because the ug server should run...}

Step 14. Then run UG NX-6 from All Programs->UGS NX 6.

Step 15. And UG is ready to use.
