PUBLIC NOTICE

All the concerned take Notice that by and under Regd. Agreement for Sale Dated 4th June, 2010,
one Mr. K.O.Anthoney, had Sold his ownership rights in respect of the below mentioned said
premises to and in favour of Mrs. jyoti Adhiram Lingam (hereinafter referred to as the "SAID
OWNER"). Now, my client Has intended to purchase the said premises from the said owner and
instructed me to investigate and certify the title of the said owner to the said premises.
Any person/party having/claiming any interest by way of ownership, sale, exchange, mortgage,
gift, tenancy, lease, leave and license, trust, inheritance, bequeath, possession, lien, easement
or otherwise in the said premises or any party thereof is hereby required to communicate the
same with relevant documents and details to the undersigned at the office on the address given
below withn 10 days from the date hereof as otherwise the documents relating to sale of the
said premises will be executed without any reference as regards to such purported claims or
interest which shall be deemed to have been waived .

a Residenital Flat adm. 468 Sq. ft. carpet area bearing Flat No. 11 on Third Floor of the Building
'C' owned by Shir Sant Narhari Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., in Housing Complex
Popularly Known as "ANNAPURNA" and constructed on plot of land bearing No.14, Polt Nos.
23,24 and 25, C.S.T. No. 471 situated at Off Eastern Express Highway Siddharth Nagar, Village
Chembur, Mumbai, within the Limits of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation of the city of
