parents who helped with our camps
last week in any way whether it
was as a camp parent, extra
helper, providing transport or in
the fundraising. Your efforts
contributed greatly to the success
of both camps and we are all
grateful for your assistance.
• All classes have Suter trips
this week.
• The National Education
Monitoring Project people will
be here next week to work with
some of our children.
• Class placement forms should be
back at school by now.
Task 1. KOS
For the next couple of weeks
there may be homework set as
part of the Keeping Ourselves
Safe Programme.
This will most likely be
homework to do with members
of your family.
It will need to be done in your
homework book and returned to
school the next day!
Task 2. Reading:
Read each night for at least 10
minutes.

Tips for Quality Homework
• Colourful headings
• Use HB pencil
• Coloured pencils for headings
etc
• Rule off.
• Try your hardest with spelling
and neatness.
Task 3. Spelling:
1. Learn your spelling words for
Friday’s spelling Test.
2. Each night write 3 good questions in
your HOMEFUN notebook. Each one
should use one of your spelling words
and one of the Seven Servants.
Challenge yourself to make them as
funny or interesting as you can.
3. This week’s spelling is also on
Spelling City. Keep a list of which games
or activities you did.

Task 3. Basic Facts:
1. Each night learn 2 of the basic facts
you got wrong or didn’t complete.
Some classes have X tables to learn. too!
