As per policy of the department:
1. Registration in more than six courses and change of section is prohibited.
2. Registration in failed courses is compulsory.
3. More than two pending courses are not allowed.
4. Result card must be attached with this Performa.
5. Students are directed to request for a section after checking the time table. In
case of any clash department will neither be responsible nor compensate in any
case.
6. Students must attach an attested fee submission slip with this Performa for
improving a course.
7. Any student found hiding or faking any relevant information of any sort in this
regard will face strict disciplinary action as per rules and regulations.
