Persoalannya adalah bagaimana mengatasi ini semua, tentunya harus dimulai dari pembenahan
sistem pendidikan hukum di Indonesia yang harus juga diikuti dengan penguatan kode etik profesi
dan organisasi profesi bagi kelompok advokat, pengaturan dan penguatan kode perilaku bagi hakim,
jaksa, dan polisi serta adanya sanksi yang tegas terhadap setiap terjadinya tindakan tercela, adanya
transparansi informasi hukum melalui putusan-putusan pengadilan yang dapat diakses oleh
masyarakat, dan adanya kesejahteraan dan kondisi kerja yang baik bagi aparat penegak hukum.
