1. Problem Statement
The measure problem is how to search the data from the database in less time second
problem is how to take attendence all over the students of the school in only few clicks
(may b 10 only) third is how to insert picture and retrieve picture from database, fourth is
how to make a account system with some calculating forms and finaly we should work
with respect to oops.

The bigest risk is that if the database is lost then what the maintainers will do and how
to run it agian from the same stage and if the hard drive will down then how the
system will be avaliable from the same stage .
