damages produced during the requested service, like but no limited to
overheating, insufficient or improper coolants, insufficient or improper
lubricants, insufficient or improper servicing. Any alterations to the vehicle
such as damages produced by towing excessive weight, towing without a
manufacturer installed or a manufacturer authorized and dealer installed
tow package. Contamination to any fluid, damage of a non-covered part
caused by the failure of a covered part, damage to a covered part caused by
a non-covered part, also any damage that existed prior to the effective date
May 8, 2010 of schedule service date.
