Does Russia look at Chechnya as a terrorist camp?

Russia does look at the Chechnyan’s as terrorists since they are a group of people
that use violence and terror to reach their goals of succession from Russia and
formation of their own country.

Do Islamic groups target Russia the way they do the US and others?

No, there are very few Islamic groups that directly target Russia. Although, there
have been several ties with Al-Qaeda and Chechnya and the Taliban. Al-Qaeda and
the Taliban are known for helping the Chechnyans.

Why have nations not banded together to fight global terror?

Global terror is a very difficult thing to stop. There are over 6 billion people in the
world, and any single person could be a terrorist of any type. Nations rarely band
together to fight it because of many reasons such as political view, economic gain,
and it must not hurt any allies of said nations.

Are the Chechnyans terrorists or nationalists?

The Chechnyans are terrorists at heart. The Checnyans engage in very violent and
commit many crimes against humanity such as killing children in a school. The
Checnhyans are an Islamic group that would like to secede from Russia and start
their own country. That can be viewed as nationalism, but It could also be viewed as
treason since they are not an independent country and are still a part of Russia and
commit numerous acts of violence against Russia.
