Employee 1. When necessary to fulfill the requirements of a Always

job description, the employee shall possess
the appropriate valid license to operate a motor
vehicle.

2. The employee shall inform direct supervisor As Soon As

to operate motor vehicles as requested by the
employee’s job description.

3. When an employee uses a privately owned vehicle

on county business, they must have adequate liability
insurance as required by the State of Iowa and show
proof of that insurance upon request of their supervisor.
