Application under section 319 For the summoning

of accused Ranjit singh and Hari singh sons of
Lal singh Vill. Wadda sawajpur

Sir,

It is, respectfully submitted as under:

1. That the above noted case is pending in this Hon’ble Court and
same is fixed up for today for prosecution evidence.

2. That today the complainant/witness has been examined before

this hon’ble court and he specifically named Ranjit singh and Hari
singh as accused in his evidence and specific act has been attributed to
these accused persons.

3. That the above said accused persons have also been named in his
statement under section 161 CRPC and his application to the SSP and
the SHO but he was not challan by the police despite of the fact there
is sufficient evidence against them.

4. That the above said accused person are actively commit te illegal
act against the complainant/witness on the day of occurrence.

It is therefore prayed that the application may kindly be

accepted and the above said accused person may kindely be
summoned under section 319 of the CRPC in the interest of
Justice.
