1 Introduction
Globalization business brings dynamically changes through rapidly and expansively
competition, affects all companies to changed business into media in terms of actualization
businesses to clients and all peoples in the region. Media should be able presenting the company’s
brands as well as products and services. Corporate website is one of the most popular strategies

My name is Martinus J Wahyudi, a software engineer since 2002. For over 5 years, I have
been involved in various IT projects and the development of software and corporate websites. I
also formed various teams comprised of professionals in the field of IT. My team is a solid group

3 Service Agreements
We would like to issue these service agreements for both side’s convenience. This service
agreement covers the timeline, procedures, and content delivery for web development.

3.1 Down-Payment Issue

We faithfully hope you are willing to make down-payment in the amount of 20% from the
total cost of the agreed contract. This is a form of goodwill on the part of you that you are very
concern in this work. In the event of a dispute at a later date, please see the resolution of
disputes.

3.2 Timeline & Procedure

3.3 Resolution of Disputes

Disputes are rare, but we take resolution of any conflicts very seriously, and we live up to our
guarantee that an hour worked is an hour paid, and an hour billed is an hour that was worked.
When there is a disagreement between us, we will always try to encourage you to sit together to
working out the problems.
Several items below are obligations that must be fulfilled by both parties.
• Developer Obligations:
• Providing work in accordance with the agreed specifications.
• Completing tasks in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Client Obligations:
• Completing the payment in accordance with the amount and the agreed schedule.
• Not cancel the job for no apparent reason and without the approval of the developer.
20% down-payment money will be submitted to the aggrieved party due to failure to meet
obligations that have been approved by both parties.
