Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa organisasi belajar pada divisi
HRD PT.Bukopin,Tbk mencapai kategori 1 yaitu siap menjadi organisasi
belajar. Pada beberapa hal terkait dengan lima disiplin organisasi belajar
pada Divisi HRD PT.Bukopin,Tbk seharusnya memiliki kategori yang lebih
baik lagi. Lima disiplin organisasi belajar juga merupakan saran yang
diberikan peneliti untuk lebih dtingkatkan kembali dari setiap aspek
didalamnya.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the five
learning organization disciplines in HRD division PT.Bukopin, Tbk.
The method used is descriptive method. Data collection technique used was
survey by questionnaire and observation. The sampling technique used was
purposive sample sample of 15 employees and 2 managers of the total
population of 28 employees and 4 managers. The results are described by
percentages and classified according to the results of the studies that desire,
in accordance with the identification of the effects of which is like the system
image of thought in the Division of human resources, PT.Bukopin page States
are category 1. Preview of personal domain PT human resources
division.Bukopin page States are category 2. Overview of patterns mental PT
human resources division.Bukopin page States are category 2. Previewing
learn team of the Division of human resources, PT.Bukopin page States are
category 1.
