The sensational progress in information technology in recent times has made raj levelopment possible while also offering huge benefits to humans. ‘Communications, research and business transactions have become easier and faster. However, these benefits are also accompanied by public fears about the potential scale.of criminal opportunities that can arise. High tech cyber crime presents unique challenges to law enforcement agencies, since cyber criminals can steal from us, comfortably sitting in a remote comer of the world. In such a scenario, secret information, financial resources and confidential in be easily compromised. Almost daily, new technique procedures are being designed to provide info security professionals a better means of finding electronic evidence, collecting it, preserving it and presenting it to the client management for potential use in the prosecution of cyber criminals as also to build better safeguards in the future. This seminar will enlighten participants about the latest security systems, tools, probabilities of internet frauds, collecting electronic evidence of such misuse and evolving future strategies to combat cyber crimes. ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY The Agricultural Institute was established under the leadership of Dr. Sam Higginbottom, in 1910, as an ecumenical institution of the Christian churches & church organization of India, He came to India in 1903 joined the North India Mission of the Presbyterian Church.
