Method

This study conducted by selected two leading banks in India, one public bank called bank A and
another one is private bank called bank B. Among 340 employees in the middle level manager
from both banks has been selected as sample, 230 employees in the age of 42.7years old in
average by holding their job with the bank for 16.9 years in average from bank A and 110
employees in the age of 34.89years old in average by holding their job with the bank for 11.02
years in average from bank B. Furthermore, type of open-ended questionnaires is distributed
individually to each employee and collected through their concern manager.

Discussion

The outcomes of this research appear that high paid is an important factor that make employee
in private bank satisfied with their job but they still concern about their future job security. On the
other ways, in public bank was satisfy with their job security but not satisfy with no fair pay, no
fear treated.
