GUIDELINE FOR CANDIDATES

Dear candidates,
With a view to preparing for you the assessment day in the most
effective and exhilarating way, we would like to provide you with the
Assessment Center - Guideline for Candidates. Please read it carefully to make
sure that you will not misunderstand any part of it.
This guideline comes in 3 sessions:

1. Agenda of Assessment Day:

This timetable gives you a brief overview of all sessions that you will be
involved in this Sunday. Please read the hereafter table to be completely clear
about the times and activities in Assessment Day.

Between each session, you will have Discovery zone to find out more about
functional teams in AIESEC, which is presented by AIESECers.

Morning: IBI English center, number 11 and 13 Tran Quy Kien street.
Afternoon: Foreign Trade University campus
 Time: We will have different time of checking-in with different
groups. The table below provides you with the detailed

 Sessions in the afternoon will be held at Foreign Trade University,

so you can have lunch at some restaurants around the university

 Please bring along pens and papers to take note.

 Finally, the result of Assessment Center will be announced on

March 1st 2011. Please check mail as soon as possible on that day
to know the result of your applying for AIESEC.
