ADMISSION NOTICE

Applications are invited for admission into 1 year Certificate Course in Textile
Technology.

Summer Semester 2010: Admission Last date August 16, 2010

Classes Start August 16, 2010
ADMISSION REQUIRMENTS
For 1 Year Certificate Course in Textile Technology:- Graduate or equivalent from any recognised
University. Science graduate will get preference.

CREDIT HOUR SYSTEM

Credit hour system has been adopted in the academic programs of NITTRAD. Each academic
program requires 44 numbers of credits. One credit hour implies one lecture hour of study per week
for a semester.

Semester – 02
Total Credits – 44

TUITION AND OTHERS FEES:- Admission fee Tk. 2500/-

Lab fee (per semester-1000/-) Tk. 2000/-
Students Activities fee Tk. 1000/-
Tuition fee (per credit 875/-) Tk. 38500/-
Total Tk. 44000/-
PAYMENT OF FEES:
1st installment Tk. 14,000/- (during admission)
2nd installment Tk. 15,000/- (2 weeks before 1st semester final examination)
3rd installment Tk. 15,000/- (2 weeks before 2nd semester final examination)
Hostel Rent Tk. 500/- per month.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Application form is available from the Admission Office of NITTRAD or BTMA office at (UTC, Level 8,
8 Panthapath, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka) on payment of Tk. 200/-. The completed Application Form must
be submitted to the Admission Office with the following documents:

1. Attested copies of all academic certificates/mark sheets.

2. Three copies of photograph (2 passport size, 1 stamp size).
3. A certificate showing the reasons for break of study in case of irregular students.

All payment should be made in Cash or in “Pay Order” in favor of NITTRAD.

NB: To remove the deficiency of students in English language and other subjects, non-credit remedial
course for English will be offered. Course fee for non-credit course is 1,000/- per course.
