PENGENALAN

• Sistem otot terbahagi kepada tiga iaitu:-

• a.Otot Rangka/Skeletal
- ciri-cirinya berjalur dan membekal daya untuk
pergerakan tubuh terutamanya sistem tuas.
- 40% daripada berat badan adalah terdiri
daripada otot skeletal.
- -Contoh otot skeletal ialah
bisep,trisep,hamstring dan soleus.

b.Otot Licin/Visceral
-Otot ini terletak di semua organ-
organ yang berongga seperti
perut,jantung dan saluran-saluran
darah dan penghadaman.
- Pengucupannya adalah involuntari
c. Otot Jantung/kardiak
-Hanya terletak pada jantung sahaja.
-Otot kardiak dan otot licin
membentuk lebih kurang 10% beret
badan.
 Fungsi /Kegunaan otot
a. Gerakan
- Termasuk semua pergerakan yang
boleh dilihat atau tidak dapat dilihat.
b. Penetapan Postur
- Menetapkan postur tubuh melalui
kontraksi otot dan penetapan
ketegangan otot tanpa memendeknya.
c. Penghasilan Haba
- Kontraksi otot menghasilkan haba untuk
penentapan suhu tubuh.

(over bursa) and bicipital aponeurosis to
deep fascia and subcutaneous ulna
• Action
• Supinates forearm, flexes elbow, weakly
flexes shoulder Nerve

• Origin
• Two slips from ant femur below vastus
intermedius Action
• Retracts bursa as knee extends

e. Sendi Gelunsuran ( artireodial )

- contoh sendi interkapal dan intertasal
