This program is under the auspices of the Ministry of Information Communication and Culture. The Rural Internet Centre is the physical aspect of the Rural Internet Program. The focus of these projects is to offer broadband access and use of ICT equipment to the rural community that has been excluded from developments in communications and multimedia access.
