Tikona WI‐BRO Quick Installation Guide     
  
- Right click on “Tikona WI‐BRO Dialer“ and select “Save Target As” to save the file to your PC.   
 - After successfully downloading the file, unzip or unrar the file using WinZip or Winrar 
 respectively to a folder called “Tikona WI‐BRO Dialer”   
-  Four files will be created in “Tikona WI‐BRO Dialer” folder 
    
 1. msxml6 – File needed for installing Dialer on your PC   
 2. Tikona WI‐BRO dialer installer‐ Dialer setup file version 1.4.9.8   
 3. WindowsXP‐KB917021‐v3‐x86‐ENU – Windows Hotfix (only for Windows XP SP1/SP2)   
 4. WindowsXP‐KB918997‐v6‐x86‐ENU – Windows Hotfix (only for Windows XP SP1/SP2)   
    
First Time Installation procedure         
    
 Æ If installing on Windows XP SP1/SP2:    Install in the following sequence       
  
 1. msxml6   
 2. Windows Hotfixes(Please restart PC after installing hotfix) 
 3. Tikona Wi‐Bro dialer installer (Please restart the PC and launch application from shortcut 
created on desktop)   
  
 Æ If installing on Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista: Install in the following sequence   
  
 1. msxml6   
 2. Tikona Wi‐Bro dialer installer (Please restart the PC and launch application from shortcut 
created on desktop)   
  
 Æ If installing on Windows 7: Install in the following sequence 
  
 
1. Tikona Wi‐Bro dialer installer (Please restart the PC and launch application from shortcut 
 created on desktop) 
    

 Re‐installation process 
   
 
Æ In case Tikona WI‐BRO dialer is not working properly, you may reinstall the dialer following the 
steps mentioned below 
    
 1. Uninstall existing Tikona Wi‐Bro dialer 
To Uninstall:   
Click on StartÆAll ProgramsÆTikona Wi‐Bro DialerÆUninstall   
  
 2. Restart PC   
 3. Follow First time installation process mentioned above
