 No measurement technique to judge effectiveness
 Suitable atmosphere was not present for Spark
method, in which mentoring was taken up.
 e-GYAAN initiatives would be effective only if
proper tools are employed.
 Meet the changing outlook of corporate sector
where HR is to be integrated into business.
 Meeting the needs of diverse group of employees
& retaining the competitive ones.
 Tremendous pressure on HR to come up with
programmes to keep the motivation levels high.
A Few Suggestions…
 All the training programmes should be
measured afterwards training and
Appraisal shall be done to find out the
effectiveness.
 A proper control & feedback strategy for
HR training modules.
 HR audit shall be done to get a clear
judgment about the overall status of the
organization and also to find out whether
certain systems put in place are yielding
any results.
 Suitable methods of training shall be given
to selected class and not as a whole, so as
to reduce training costs and increase
effectiveness.
