NOTICE

No. N-3/2010-2011 Kolkata, the 1st March, 2011

This is to bring notice of all the members of the West Bengal Legal
Service Officers’ Association (W.B.L.S.O.A.) that this year Annual General
Meeting of the Association will be held on 24th March, 2011 at about 5:30 p.m. to
8:00 p.m. at the Canteen Hall of the Writers’ Buildings, Kolkata.
As per decision taken in the Governing Body’s meeting held on 24th
February, 2011, Sri Sitala Prasad Bandopadhyay, have been appointed as the
Presiding Officer for conducting the process and proceeding of the election (i.e.
receiving of the nomination papers, scrutiny of the nominations, declaration of the
final list of candidates, conducting the election, issue and collection of ballots,
counting, declaration of winning candidates by issuing winning certificates and
any other action relating to the said election).
The election of the office bearers of the Governing Body will be held on
24th March, 2011 in the A.G.M. at the Canteen Hall of the Writers’ Buildings,
Kolkata.
All the members are requested to submit their monthly subscription upto
December, 2010 positively within 15th March, 2011 otherwise defaulters will not
be allowed to take part in the A.G.M. as well as in the election for the purpose of
being elected and casting vote for the posts of office bearers of the governing
Body.
Members are requested to ensure their presence in the said A.G.M. and
take part for the following Agenda:-
i. Discussion on Secretary’s Annual report;
ii. Submission of Treasure’s report on account ;
iii. Conducting the election of the office bearers of the Governing Body;
iv. Transaction of business as may be fixed by the Governing Body, if any.
