• need feedback from all staff.

Problem the impact of training


• analysis of the organization is insufficient prior to implementation.
• lack of management support.
• employee not motivated.
• not being taught skills that related to problem.
• no further action from employee.
• not enough budget for training programme.
RECOMMENDATION TO UMT
 Meeting shall be held once per week with all staff (to
discuss problems, tell employees what is expected from
them etc.)
 Put work ethics in the appropriate places in the office or
organisation.
 Observe and give appropriate training programme to the
staff.
