In my accountancy career spanning over a period of around 8 years, I have a vast

experience in the fields of audits, corporate taxation and financial reporting. I started my
career with A. F. Ferguson & Co (PriceWaterhouse Coopers) and spent close to 7 years
working in the audit and tax departments at senior as well as manager level. Later on, to
seek more challange, I moved into D. G. Khan Cement Company Ltd. where I report to
the CFO and have the responsibility for preparing monthly management accounts,
financial review and key ratio analysis. In my role as an Accounting Manager, I am
responsible for financial reporting of the company on quarterly basis and liaising with the
external auditors is an integral part of my job. I am also responsible for handling
company’s taxation affairs.
