Dear all,

Please prepare your questionnaires of the BRM project and start field work.
The project *submission deadline is on 25th March, 2011*. You are required
to submit both *the soft* *copy as well as the hard copy* of the
projects. The project report should include the following:

   - Title Page
   - Acknowledgement
   - Table of contents(along with page nos.)
   - Executive summary
      - which shall include the gist of the project.
   - List of tables and illustrations
   - Problem Definition/Objective of the study
   - Literature review
   - Approach to the problem -
   -
      -  meaning any theoretical foundations that guided the research, any
      analytical models formulated, research questions, hypotheses, and factors
      that influenced the research design
   - Research Methodology
      -  including type of research design adopted -
      exploratory/descriptive/causal
   -
      -  information needed
      -  data collection sources- primary and secondary data sources
      -  sample design - probability/non-probability technique whichever
      your group uses for your respective research, sample size,
      -  instruments used(if any) like questionnaire, etc.
   - Data analysis
      - techniques used including statiscal tests discussed in the
      class, pictorial representation of the data in the form of
graphs and charts
   - Conclusions
   - Recommendations(if any)
   - Bibliography (APA style referencing)
   - Appendices (which includes things like questionnaire, mathematical
   derivations(if any),clippings used(if any)

Please free to ask for any kind of help you need pertaining to the project
if the need be.

*PS: Please conduct a pilot study before making a final questionnaire. After
you complete the pilot study, please come and discuss the final
questionnaire with me at a mutually convenient time. If your study doesn't
require questionnaires, please proceed further after discussion.*
