INTRODUCTION

In this task, I will study of element of testing, measurement and


assessment of the essential to good teaching. The main objective of
this task is that assessment of learning plays an important role in the
instructional process and that is effectiveness depends largely on the
ability to construct and select test and assessments. It is integrate of
validity and reliability and their role in the construction, selection,
interpretation, and use of tests and assessment. Other that, testing
and evaluation course help teacher to interpret test and assessment
result properly.
