Mr. Jayme Jimenez

Credit Manager
Asia Pacific Credit Association
Balanga City, Bataan

Dear Mr. Jimenez:

I am writing to let you know that I am experiencing financial hardship. I was laid off from my work last January.
It caused me to be delayed on my bills. I really seeking employment but I have not found yet due to global crisis.

As you seen in my record I have maintained a solid history with you until this unfortunate event. My goal is to
pay everything I owe. As soon as I find a job, I plan to continue regular and full payments.

I would like to discuss loan forbearance and appreciate any suggestions you might have that would help me get
back on track. I know that my situation is temporary.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,

Renz Navarro
