2. To change a task, double click on Change.

3. You are concerned with uncompleted tasks. Note the Reference Field for Monitor is 1, which shows task priority.
To select uncompleted tasks and view their priority, click on Execute.
4. Five outstanding tasks have various priority levels. The green symbol signals lows priority, the yellow signals
medium priority. You will finish the task with text Username WrightT. To select the task, click to the left of it.
5. To see more detailed information, click on Detail.
6. In actuality you would install the username "WrightT" in the Insurance Company's computer system. To record
in the R/3 system that you completed the task, click on the flag Complete.
7. To save your work, click on Save.
8. You have successfully recorded that you completed the task. By setting the task to "completed," the service
technician Sarah Lewis can close the notification and order after installing the workstation. To continue, press
Return.
9. Now you represent Susan Olsen. You finished installing Tim Wright's workstation and return to your office to
record your work and close the notification and order. To begin, double click on Overall Completion Confirmation.
10. To select the order created for Tim Wright, enter [50000032].
11. To close the order and the notification simultaneously, click on Technical Completion.

The system automatically defines the work and time required to set up a workstation, displayed in the Time Confirmation section. The
column Actual Work lists the hours. The Plant 0100 is the Insurance Company and 0200 the IT Service Provider. The Insurance
Company completed the Purchasing, and the Provider completed the IT-Service.
12. To save your work, click on Save.
13. You have successfully completed the technical part of the order and notification for a workstation for Tim
Wright.
