INVITES EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

TO SET UP TOURISM RELATED PROJECTS ON BOT BASIS

The Government of Andhra Pradesh propose to develop Tourism Related

Projects on Government lands on Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT) mode
of Public Private Partnership (PPP). The land will be leased for a
maximum period of 33 years on an annual lease rent of 5% of the market
value with 5% annual escalation.

The Government invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from potential

investors or a consortium having adequate financial and technical
strength to design, finance, build, operate and maintain the project as
per the standard norms of the Tourism Department. Preference will be
given to unique / new concepts. The land details are as given below:

Interested parties may send their EOI, along with the details of project
concept, components, approximate cost and the financial and technical
background. After screening the EOIs documents, pre-qualification /
project proposal will be issued.
Format of EOI may be obtained against a Demand Draft for Rs.5,000/-
(non-refundable) drawn in favour of “Tourism – PMU” payable at
Hyderabad. For further information, the Officer in-charge, YAT&C
(PMU) Department may be contacted. The last date for receipt of EOI is
26-04 -2011.
