PURPOSE OF THE SNAPTECH EOC
The SNAPTECH EOC has two major
divisions of Critical Incidents:

Emergency Medical System Safety and Security System

The response system for public Incidents involving public safety/ crime,
health, primary care, first aid and drugs and ammunition, and require
patient transport. Police Assistance

EOC Response teams
The Emergency Medical System
The service that provides out-of-hospital
care, first aid and/ or transport to
hospitals for patients who have medical
emergencies.

Emergency Medical Emergency Medical

Dispatcher (EMD)
The person that receives the call, gathers
information, classifies the condition and
sends the appropriate services. The EMD
also gives pre-arrival instructions for first
aid.
Technician (EMT)
The minimum requirement for EMS. They
provide emergency care, first aid,
transportation and/ or CPR.
First Responder
SnapTech riders and/ or Police Officers who
arrive first on the scene, who have minimal
equipment but know how to administer CPR.
