HOW TO APPLY?

1. Program selection and application. The applicant may choose from among the different
program offerings or may opt to enroll in all programs.

Application Forms can be obtained from from the Asia Pacific College admissions office. You
can contact us through telephone no. (+632) 851-5503 to 05 or 852-9232 or through email at
marvind@apc.edu.ph. Alternatively, you may download the Application Form at
www.apccenter.edu.ph.

2. Submission of Application Form. Submit the application form to through fax to (+632) 853-
0535 (Attention: Marvin Dona) or email at marvind@apc.edu.ph.

Deadline for application to all courses is on Friday, 15 December 2010!

3. Payment. Below are acceptable modes of payment:

 Cash or Check Payments. Cash, checks and electronic checks payment can be made
payable to:

Please fax deposit slips to (+632) 853-0535 or can be scanned and emailed to
marvind@apc.edu.ph. for confirmation.

 Credit Card (Visa or Master Card). Asia Pacific College has a facility for credit card
payment; however, payment can only be made on-site.

SM Advantage Card and BDO Rewards Card can be used to earn equivalent points.

Deadline for payment is on Friday, 7 January 2011.

4. Notice of Admission. Admission notices are issued by the The APC Center via email.
