Jadi ceritanya, I gained 3kg over the holidays and I managed to lose 2kg in a week & I
don't even starve myself!
What I did: totally cut down carbs, no nasi, no noodles, setiap laper ngemil buah/almond. Sarapan putih
telor, minum susu kedelai ~
~ trus yoghurt+muesli+madu,
~ asupan gula & makanan goreng²an dkurangi & air putih non stop. Dan ga pernah membiarkan diriku
laper, jd slalu mkn tp porsinya kecil
1kg to go & I'm back to my normal weight! Dietnya bakal aku terusin, ada target yg mo dicapai! Its not
about being skinny but, healthy!
& sehari setidaknya 15-30mins exercise kecil, joget² dpn kaca kek, jumprope kek, naik tangga bolakbalik
ato apalah yg penting kringetan!
Gado-gado, grilled salmon, ayam bakar dll... Pkoknya lauk but no nasi/other carbs @Dydy_5_ RE:

Pkoknya jangan nahan laper! Kl lg pngn ngemil ya blh aj, tp jng tiba² makan MieGoreng..Ganti dng buah,
kacang²an & drink lotss of water
